How to use your Bentgo S/S Lunch Box:

1. Remove the lid and add the removable divider if you would like to create 2 food compartments. Be sure to place the divider firmly. **
2. Fill the lunch box with your desired foods
3. Close the lid securly to avoid spills
4. Before removing the lid of the filled container open the lid valve to release pressure

** Removable divider is only ideal for keeping dry food seperated. It will not prevent food with juices from seeping through the divider

Warnings

1. Product gets hot when warmed in an oven or microwave. Always handle with care using a potholder
2. Container is microwave safe for a maximum of 10 minutes in microwaves that are 1000W or less
3. Container is oven safe for a maximum of 60 minutes in an oven at 350°F
4. Do not place 2 microwavable stainless steel items inside a microwave at the same time
5. To ensure mess free opening and closing, do not fill the container avove the lid base
6. Avoid dropping the container
