MEET YOUR TRAINER: 

Julie has been a key trainer for our Bootcamps over the past three years & works closely with moms. She knows just how to tailor the training to your needs! Expect a dynamic 50-minute workout with 10 minutes of calming breathwork to wrap things up. 💗

Bette Café offers the best setting for you & your baby, with everything you need: diapers in all sizes, nursing facilities, microwaves, play kits & plenty of space for strollers outside.All you need to bring is yourself & your baby—everything else is on us! 😍
